The conditions of displaying luxury properties and villas advertisements
on our "vacationkey.com" website are as follows
The descriptive text contained in the "registration form"
together with the photographs will be displayed on the site
during a three-month, a six-month or a one-year period commencing
the first day of appearance on the site. For the

The advertiser must fill in the "registration form" as
honestly as possible and describe the accommodation as it really
is. It is the advertiser's responsibility to inform Vacation Key
Corp. of any substantial change in the data regarding the advertisement
(availability, change of email address / telephone number…) Erroneous
data or recurring omissions may result in the interruption of
advertisement on our site.
Vacation Key Corp.'s responsibility is limited to offering information
concerning offers on our vacationkey.com website in conformity
with the "registration forms" that are submitted to the
corporation and rigorously screened for selection. The corporation
will not intervene, under no circumstances, in the relations between
the letter and the tenant. We therefore advise the parties to
sign a leasing agreement (copies of which are available from our
services).
As a member, you are entitled to modify, rectify, correct or
delete these data (article 34 of the French law "computers and
rights"). For these purposes, please contact our services.
The approval of the "registration form" requires acceptance
of the preceding general terms and conditions.
