With the ocean across the street and famous Duval Street less than one block away, who could ask for a better location!

Every amenity you could desire and then some. Furnishings have a tropical motif and the owner’s knack for woodwork is seen throughout.

The bedrooms all have a queen or king bed as well as their own TV. There is a 30’ X 15’ pool and a heated Jacuzzi in the back. Other amenities include… Gas grill, washer/dryer, outdoor dining, stereo, off-street parking for 2 cars, VCR’s, and balconies with great views.

Rates are based on 7 night stays. Our high season runs from December 15th- One full week after Easter when we have a week minimum stay required. The rest of the year we have a 4 night minimum stay required with exception of special events and holidays. Price does not include our sales and bed tax of 11.5%. (This 5 bedroom vacation rental is for one group/family only. We do not split the house into separate units.)
