In the XIX century the ground was purchased by the noble family Montalto that built there one of its summer residences, surrounded by vast cultivated grounds to vineyard and situated in the suggestive scenery very close to the natural reserve of the stagnone.
The structure has been unchanged up to the recent restauration that a respectful recovery of the preexisting building has allowed and, at the same time, its transformation in a comforting villa, endowed with six rooms, of which two quadruple, three double and a triple.
The villa is situated in a strategic position, 2 km far from the center of the city of Marsala, the ancient Lilibeo, and few km from the long shore in which are present numerous Seaside resorts but also free and wild beach.

The all ensuite rooms are good furnished in a shabby chic style.
They are very bright and they lean out both from the side garden that from the side sea, all have conditioned air, heating, television satellitare, net wireless and telephone.
