The hotel located opposite the pier of tourists from Puerto Baquerizo Moreno, site of entry and exit of all domestic and foreign tourists visiting this paradise, it is surrounded by major restaurants, travel agencies, souvenir shops and less than 10 minutes from the airport of San Cristobal Island.
We have 6 rooms with sea view, 2 indoor rooms and a beautiful and spacious suite on the top floor overlooking the sea.
The rooms are charmingly decorated and include air conditioning, cable TV on flat screens 32 inches and service mini bar in room cost. We offer free WiFi.
We serve a full hot breakfast each morning in the hotel terrace with a wonderful sea view and outdoor.

• In case an extra person is requested to the number allowed per room, the value will be charged to the account for USD $ 35.00 plus taxes.
• If you wish to extend your stay you must communicate 24 hours in advance and subject to availability.
• Rates do not include VAT or 10% of service.
• Rates that include breakfast will be able to use this service in the cafeteria area.
• Guests over 12 years old must pay USD $ 10.00 per breakfast.
• Breakfast hours: every day from 07:45 am to 10:00 am.
• At the time of the Ckeck in you must leave a voucher open as a guarantee.
• Check in from 12:00 pm (Noon) / Check out from 10:00 am.
• Early Check in: Subject to availability in which case it could be between 07:00 am and 12:00 pm.
• Late Check out: Subject to availability in which case it may be between 12:00 am and 18:00 pm.
• Maximum capacity in each room: 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years.
• The hotel is not responsible for personal losses incurred in the rooms or on the premises.
• Any damage caused by guests to hotel property will be charged to their account.
• The administration reserves the right to terminate the hosting agreement if any of the above regulations is violated by any guest and will be notified to the relevant authorities.
• At the time of the Ckeck out, the voucher will be returned as guarantee provided there is no observation by the staff in charge.
• Children under 12 years old do not cancel lodging rate.
• The rates that we indicate are subject to change according to market demand, fairs and events.
Cancellation Policy
How to cancel your reservation?
Reservations must be canceled by phone or via email to the hotel directly.
Policy of charges and cancellation of reservations:
Cancellations of reservations can be made as follows:
• 72 hours before your arrival date in low season: there will be no surcharge.
• With 48 hours of anticipation of your arrival date in high season: there will be no surcharge.
• Cancellations one day before arrival 100% of the value of one night's stay.
• To reserve one or more rooms will be made by bank transfer, deposit in the account or by credit card by any online payment method.
• In case the credit card is invalid, denied, your reservation will be canceled.
• The guarantee of the reservation is a prepayment and therefore, in case of not making the cancellation of the reservation within the established deadlines, the amount withheld will be charged to your credit card.
No Show Policies:
• Collection No Show: this charge will be made in case the guest is not present on the day confirmed in their reservation, and by which the beneficiary is responsible for the payment corresponding to the penalty.
• In case of no show you will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
