On the front end of each villa is a private garden, with herbs of Crete and various flowers and trees to excite and stimulate your senses of smell.

Rates are per night, per villa, for a minimum stay of seven (5) nights, including all Taxes.
- An arrangement at your request can be made with a local chef, whose restaurant is located 3 minutes from the complexes to deliver typical Cretan dishes. The restaurant has a very pleasant setting.
Payment Policy:
The 50% of the total reservation cost is required upon confirmation of the booking and remaining amount, 21 days prior to arrival.
All payments can be done either by wire transfer or charge on a credit card.
Check In time: 15:00 and Check Out time: 12:00
Cancellation Policy
- In case of a cancellation, 14 days or less, prior to arrival, 30% of the total reservation cost will be retained (max 7 nights).
- In case of a cancellation, 7 days or less, prior to arrival, 50% of the total reservation cost will be retained (max 7 nights).
- In case of No Show or Early Departure the whole amount of the reservation will be retained.
In case of an Early Departure due to a severe family emergency or serious illness, the remaining nights will be credited for the guest, in order to return next season and use them (availability check is mandatory).

Nous avons passé deux semaines fantastiques. Malgré notre arrivée assez tardive, l'accueil d'Hippocrate était très agréable et les explications en rapport avec la location fort complètes. Il est d'ailleurs toujours à disposition pour vous renseigner ou vous donner de précieux conseils aussi bien sur les activités à ne pas rater que sur les restaurants incontournables ! A ce sujet ne manquez pas d'allez trouver Manolis au restaurant "Akrohoria" chez qui vous trouverez l'authenticité de la cuisine Crètoise (plusieurs visites obligatoires) !! La villa ainsi que la vue sont magnifiques, quant au service hôtelier il est de premier ordre: nettoyage journalier de la piscine, passage 2 à 3 fois par semaine des femmes de ménage, frigo et armoires garnis de victuailles pour plusieurs jours (viande, légumes, fruits, pates, riz, etc...). Nous ne pouvons que vous recommander cet endroit !

Our family of five stayed here for a week in September 2016. The villa is superb - compact but really well laid out and plenty of place for everyone. Fridge fully stocked on arrival - much appreciated and made cooking at home much easier. Pool amazing, views to die for, will definitely come again. Will Melbourne, Australie

The villa is lovely, the pool a great bonus and the views wonderful. It is up a very steep hill but if you can manage that in a hire care them you are rewarded. Hippo the manager is a great guy, very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly recommend this place. Grace Hoylake, UK
