* Apartments are rented by the day, the week or the month.
* For booking, a 30% deposit is required.
* Final payment is to be made on receipt of keys.
* The price of the apartment depends on the number of ocupants.
* Any cancellation made with less than 25 days notice will mean loss of deposit.
* Towels, sheets, plates and cutlery are provided for the exact number of paying guests.
* Cleaning and changing sheets is done once per week (not includes kitchen). Towels are changed every two days unless a daily service is contracted.
* Animals are not allowed.
* Check-in of the apartment at 5 pm and check-out before 11 am.
