The property in located in a sought after residential area in the northern part of Montpellier, less than 10 minutes by car to the city center, or 20 minutes by Tram or bicyle.

On the ground floors, the entrance hall leads directly to a very large open space overlooking the garden through very large bay windows. It comprises the living room with its fireplace, a dining area, and a contemporary kitchen which has direct access to a separate terrace on the side and furnished with a table and chairs and a Webber barbecue. At the back is a cosy TV room with a sofa bed and a shower room which can also be used as a single bedroom.

The rectangular shaped swimming pool is positioned slightly on the side of the garden and protected with a very secure roller blind. Along the whole front of the house is a wooden terrace laid with a few sundeck chairs.
This property is conveniently located just a five minutes walk to a small shopping area, offering a very good bakery, renowned deli, a grocery, a florist, a newsagent, a pharmacy, and a bank, and last but not least a luxury tennis club with a gym, and spa, the Club 7.
