Luxury villa with 2 swimming pools, American kitchens, two bedrooms per apartment (one with double bed and the second with single beds) and living room with fireplace. All bedrooms and living rooms have air conditioning. There is a full bathroom with shower in each apartment, except for one that has a bathroom with shower. The villa is completely renovated and the new modern furniture is very comfortable. To access the apartments, two of them have small stairs and the third is on the top floor.

EXTERIOR: A large lot with two private pools, surrounded by beautiful sun loungers and comfortable dining sets.
Next to a swimming pool, a built-in barbecue and next to each other a portable gas barbecue. A well-kept garden surrounds the house, with palm trees and various plants and trees.
