VILLA VACATION RENTAL in MONTSERRAT ISLAND - BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS - MONTSERRAT. BVI

Welcome to Seascape Villa. Yes, this is the gorgeous house with a 300 degree view, covered deck, giant private pool, and yes, a Steinway grand piano. Not to mention perfect Caribbean weather on a hidden gem of an island - almost no bugs, clean water, a gentle breeze, sunshine, singing birds, and the crash of the surf below.

Our villa is perched right on the edge of a cliff in a beautiful and serene setting on a fully landscaped lot with many mature tropical and fruit trees. There are 3 bedroom suites with their own private entrance and bathroom, and a 4th bathroom for all guests, is found on the upper level. The villa can sleep a total of 6 adults and 2 children on day beds.

The grand room [27'x 25'] offers formal living and dining areas, cable TV, CD player, stereo sound, as well as the music corner with it's Steinway grand piano. It opens on to the large covered deck [25'x25'] which overlooks the keyhole shaped swimming pool and the Caribbean sea.
The deck accommodates up to 6 for dining and has lots of room for lounging and entertaining and offers a unique vantage point for star gazing, and during migration, whale watching.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, a microwave oven as well as with a conventional range. It has all necessary cookware, china, flatware and glasses. The villa is fully furnished, stocked with sheets, linens and towels.
9 to 12, Monday to Friday full maid service is included.
Should you not wish to cook, meals can be arranged.

Activities
The beach is only a short relaxing walk away and water sports are available. You can snorkel or scubadive in Montserrat's unpolluted and uncrowded waters and enjoy it's almost deserted beaches or, go fishing around the island with a real fisherman. Enjoy day beach barbequeing and the island's musical flavour at night. Inland you can take great hikes into the lush hills that cover most of this volcanic island.

7% government tax applies.
A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking.
The balance is due 30 days before arrival on island.
Payment is to be made by bank draft, cashier's cheque or direct wire transfer.

In case of cancellation monies will be refunded if villa is re-rented for the same period. Cancellation insurance can be purchased
