The property enjoys one of the best locations on the Costa Blanca, located in the small village of Aigües in the heart of the mountains and only 9 km from the beaches of the Costa Blanca, at an altitude of 341 m and 24 km from Alicante.
You can enjoy a vast pine forest with long paths of rosemary, thyme and lavender, dotted with stone benches and views that invite you to rest.
A few kilometres by road are places of tourist interest such as the city of Alicante, Altea, Guadalest, Elche; natural wonders such as Las Cuevas de Canelobre or Fuentes del Algar, and the magnificent fine sandy beaches of Alicante or the small coves.
