The mansion is located on Monte Cornocchio near the Volterrana provincial road where three roads branch off, one for Volterra, the other for San Vivaldo and the third for Castelfiorentino and where there are three valleys: that of the Elsa, the Evola and the valley of the Era (at this geographical point where in 1308,three ancient counties : the Municipalities of Pisa, Florence and Volterra, fixed the territorial terms between the district of Volterra and that of San Gimignano).

Cet établissement comprend une grande villa pleine de vieux meubles au charme un peu désuet. Nous avons séjourné dans deux chambres et deux salles de bain et demie, c'était parfait pour notre famille. Il y avait beaucoup d'espace, tout était très propre , moderne et doté d'une cuisine entièrement équipée pour prendrez tous les repas sur place . Il y a un bon restaurant juste au bout de la rue, un autre à seulement 2 km. Nous avons apprécié les deux. L'emplacement est parfait: 10 min de San Gimignano et un peu plus de Volterra. À moins d'une heure en voiture de Sienne, ou de l'aéroport de Florence. On pouvait facilement utiliser la Villa comme point de départ d' excursion d'une journée ou de passer du temps au bord de la piscine, le lac privé ou aller tenter d'apercevoir les cerfs dans la forêt tout près. Le manager et tout le personnel sont des hôtes merveilleux et très serviable pour nous indiquer les itinéraires à suivre, les restaurant et même réserver un chauffeur pour nous conduire à Assise pour la journée.

We recently went to this Villa we went there with our 3 young children. They fell in love with this place. There is a pool and a beautiful panorama! There is no air conditioning but we provide you with a fan. The temperature drops during the night (in July) and it was perfect. I will return soon. The apartments are well equipped and very beautiful.
