A small, well-maintained road will take you to the Villa and its cottage through a beautiful park planted with olive trees and ornamental shrubs.
The recently renovated swimming pool offers a space with sunbeds, umbrellas and panoramic views from a beautiful gazebo partially covered and a table for 10 people. Further afield shaded lawn with table for 8/10 people ideal for outdoor dining and barbecue area / pizza oven. Finally, near the main entrance, loggia with sofas and wrought iron table.
The Villa was built on 3 levels with air conditioning system and Wifi Internet connection in all rooms.
Ground floor: large living room divided into 4 large spaces including 2 sofas, armchairs, coffee tables and a table that can accommodate 8/10 people; space with fireplace and sofa facing a satellite TV ; last room converted into office-library. All these large spaces have been furnished in a classic and tasteful style.
Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven) large area with table for 4/6 people; dining room with table for 8 people and direct access to the TV room.
First floor: 2 halls with access to 4 bedrooms, each on each side of the 4 facades of the house (3 double bedrooms with bathroom and one with two single beds (which can be joined).
4 bathrooms: 2 with shower, one with bath and last, with shower + bath.
In the basement: large living room with a bathroom.
The Villa is a typical Tuscan house, recently renovated and tastefully furnished in classic style near various picturesque towns and the main towns of Tuscany.
This property offers a minimum stay of 5 nights (it is possible to arrive and leave any day of the week).
The pool can be heated during the opening period, paying an extra fee. During the low season, the pool is closed and not usable.

Security deposit: All our guests are kindly requested to pay a deposit of 1.000,00 € by bank transfer 2 weeks before arrival. This sum will be fully refunded at the end of the stay or partially if a charge has been made to cover the costs of certain damages.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at the Villa. The entire property is extremely well maintained. All of the rooms are beautiful and the pool is the absolute best. The owner is very kind and showed us around the property when we first arrived. The whole booking process was very well coordinated and convenient to check in/out. Surrounding area has everything you need within 15 minutes including vineyards, restaurants, and grocery stores. Would highly recommend staying here!

The house is very nice and in very good conditions. The pool is huge, perfectly located for the sun and views ... just amazing. Very recommended for a secluded and private stay.
