The property has 5 individually styled all air-conditioned suites, a large living room in the villa and a large terrace with partial sea views and views of the Cap d'Antibes lighthouse as well as a heated pool with small waterfall, terraces, sun loungers and lounge areas.

Three centenarian palms are in the pretty grounds as well as a rose garden and a pond with oriental fish and a small waterfall. There is parking for up to four cars, an electric door and a side door with video entry. WiFi throughout the property.
