The property offers large indoor and outdoor spaces. The geographical position is ideal for those who want to discover the beauties of Tuscany, Umbria and Upper Lazio. The interiors are comfortable and furnished in Tuscan style. The house develops on several levels connected by an internal elevator.
The owners own a large agricultural estate with production of wine, olive oil and distillates.

At guests' disposal: large park with private pool of irregular shape (open from 15/04 to 15/10), large solarium (Tuscan terracotta bricks), barbecue and wood oven. Fruit trees available. Internal elevator, laundry (2 washing machines) on the lower floor. Wi-Fi Internet connection (free use).
