Set in a 100-hectare farmland on the hills surrounding the small village of Vinci, this beautiful villa offers a splendid panorama to the landscapes that made the reputation of Tuscany and allows you to enjoy all the natural, historical and oeno-gastronomical ressouces of this splendid region near Florence.
The Villa offers guests a pool to entertain with friends or family, a beautiful fireplace to make the atmosphere even warmer and more welcoming, a large garden where you can welcome your guests, a barbecue area that will make your home unique during the summer season and a pool to spend nice evenings. The Villa is in a quiet and panoramic position and is surrounded by vineyards and oliveraies typical of the Tuscan countryside. The garden of the house, which measures over 1 hectare, is completely fenced and offers a beautiful private pool available to guests. The house also has a large terrace with veranda for outdoor dinners. The villa is a short distance from Vinci where Leonardo da Vinci was born.
At guests' disposal: large equipped garden and fenced, private pool (11 x 6 - maximum depth 1.40 m - open from 01/05 to 30/09), barbecue, billiards. Parking in the property.
Extra services: cleaning services € 13, - / per hour (payable locally). Baby cot on request € 40, - / per week (paid on the spot). Possibility to organize dinners (Tuscan menu) at € 60, - / per person (payment on the spot) to be requested at the time of booking.
Two other apartments sleeps 4 each can be rented with the villa for a total of 18 beds. Information and prices on request.

We had a great time, the villa is huge, has a fantastic private pool, very scenic between the vineyards, has many bathrooms which are spacious. It is not too far from the Vinci and Empoli so you can pop over easily for food supplies etc. The host is very friendly,allowed my parents who arrived early after a long flight to rest on the property a few hours until checkin. The kitchen is a bit dated and could do with new appliances but everything worked, a microwave will be handy. The only thing missing is the common areas of the property eg the lounge/ dining are not airconditioned so the host should provide fans as the heat gets unbearable in Aug with temperatures upto 35 inside the villa, we ended up buying our own fan.
