This villa is located in a privileged location, in one of the most beautiful coves of the Costa Blanca and only 5 minutes from the charming fishing village of Moraira, famous for its spectacular sandy beaches and crystal clear waters.
Located at the top of a small cliff, it will allow you to enjoy SUPERB PANORAMIC VIEWS on the sea and on the Peñon d'Ifach natural park.

Next to the pool you will find the stairs leading DIRECTLY TO THE BEACH. Nothing separates you from the waters of this tranquil cove, ideal for diving and observing the region's extraordinary underwater fauna and flora.
The villa has large outdoor terraces with sensational views, where you can enjoy a meal while admiring the sea and letting yourself be rocked by a pleasant breeze.

Its six rooms all have air conditioning and magnificent sea views.
On the upper floor is the master bedroom, which has an en suite bathroom with shower and a glazed terrace. On the same floor are 2 other bedrooms that share a bathroom with bathtub.

The ground floor has a double bedroom with a glass terrace that offers an incomparable panoramic view. The bathroom with shower is attached.
The other rooms are located next to the pool and have access independent of the house. These two rooms are ideal for a family with children as they communicate with each other through a door and share a bathroom with shower.

The modern and spacious kitchen has direct access to the indoor dining room and outdoor terraces where you can enjoy a magnificent view over the seafront. The dining room and loft-type living room communicate with each other and their large windows bring a pleasant feeling of light and space to this space.
