The secluded villa rental house is surrounded by tropical flora, assuring complete privacy.
The two-story, two-bedroom house (formerly known as Club Kirwin) comfortably sleeps up to six people and features a complete kitchen. The primary source of power is a state-of-the-art solar power system and a back up generator.
With screened porch and sun deck this waterfront location offers a supremely relaxed environment. The facilities of the Bahama Backroads Villa property makes it one of a kind in the Bahamas. The villa features exclusive use of the private tennis court, private dock and a private beach. On top of that the house comes with two sea kayaks and three bicycles. Wind surfing equipment is optional.

Weekly Rental Fee:
Rates start at $1,200 per week for the entire villa for up to four people. Additional adults are pro rated at $150 per person for a maximum of eight but can vary depending on time of year and number of people in your family or fly fishing group. Please fill out the reservations information form to tell us about your family or fly fishing group.
What's Included:
All of the villa's amenities are at your disposal including private tennis court, dock, beach, two sea kayaks, three bicycles, screened porch, gas barbecue.
Not Included:
Guided fly fishing, power boat (see info about boat rentals) or off shore charters are not included in Bahamas Backroads Villa rental fees.
Options:
Bahamas Backroads Villa rental offers convenient services in advance of your arrival. For an nominal additional charge we can arrange for daily cleaning services and have all of your groceries purchased and stocked for you in advance of your arrival.
