It can accommodate up to 6 guests.
This impressivevila is perfect for big families. Its exteriors are really simple and cosy at the same time that these offer fantastic views to the rice fields and mountains. In that way, in any of the terraces you will be be able to enjoy pleasant moments accompanied by the landscape, either having breakfast, sunbathing on the sun loungers or either making delicious barbecues while the little ones of the family play table tennis or even jump on the trampoline. But of course, in between any of these plans you can always take a refreshing dip into the private chlorine pool 12 x 6 m large and a depth of 1.50 m.

The villa is a beautiful combination of traditional style and modernity. In the living room there are two comfortable sofas so you can rest, chat with family or watch TV. In the dining space, there is a table with chairs for 8 guests. The kitchen with islet and induction offers a perfect place to cook as if you were at home. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The villa has 3 dormitories with wardrobe and fan, of which three of them are on the ground floor. In terms of that, two of these bedrooms feature a double bed, while the third one has simply two single beds and a bunk bed. Two bathrooms and a toilet complete the ground floor; one of them has a bathtub while the second one has a shower.
In case you have a baby, we will provide you with a cot and a high chair. The accommodation is equipped with oil central heating and wooden stove for winter months.

Cullera is a beautiful village, between the riverbank of Júcar river and the Mediterranean Sea, with many essential services, both leisure and gastronomy. Moreover, it is situated just a few minutes driving from the sea. In fact, the property is located at only 2 km away from Cullera beach. If you are water sports lovers, then you have your space in beaches as, for instance, Cap Blanc, San Antonio, el Racó or el Marenyet. And in case you like playing golf, the nearest golf course is about 18 km, el Parador de El Saler.
