A 10% Bahamian Government Rental Tax will be added to each reservation.

Security Deposit: $300 (this will be refunded after departure as long as there is no damage). We also offer a $45 non-refundable damage waiver insurance plan in lieu of a security deposit.

***A car rental is recommended. We can provide you with a referral.

Payment Policy: Pay 50% (fifty percent) of the total rental fee cost (including rental tax, security deposit/damage waiver) to secure the booking, along with the signed & dated rental contract that we will send to you by email, fax or mail or by our secure reservation system. The remaining 50% balance is due within 60 days of your rental date. If your rental date is 60 days or less away, we require payment in full to reserve. For rental payments, we accept $US checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, E-check, Western Union, and PayPal. Rental Payment must be in $US dollars and must clear the bank prior to the rental date. Upon full payment of your rental, we will email you with pertinent information (such as Caretaker contact, directions to the home, etc.)

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations of your reservation within 60 days are non-refundable unless we are able to re-rent the same time frame you booked for the same amount. We recommend trip insurance for any concerns with cancellation risks.
