Our seven-bedroom home has 4-1/2 baths and is located at Lake Berkley where you have it all ... a new gated community of beautiful homes in an idyllic setting just 10 minutes to DisneyWorld, and situated close to great shopping, parks, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions.

The home has 2,828 square feet of luxury including 2 king-master bedrooms with ensuite baths, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and 3 bedrooms each with a set of twin beds plus a queen sofa bed in the family room. A breakfast nook with seating for 8 overlooks the pool and backyard woods.

Additional features include a private screened pool and spa, 4 televisions, VCR, stereo, full-sized washer and dryer, security system, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The furnishings throughout the home have been upgraded to assure the ultimate vacation experience.

While staying in our home, be sure to take advantage of Lake Berkley’s resort amenities. Start off sitting on the sandy beach, play sand volleyball, or walk out to the observation deck. Next, you can jog or walk home on a trail around the lake. Later there is also a community center with its own club house, swimming pool, tennis court and children's playground.
