Seaview is a lovely three-story, Victorian townhouse in an excellent central London location. It is situated on a quiet and leafy road, yet is only moments fromshops, and from tubes and buses into Oxford Circus.
This comfortable and attractive home sleeps up to six persons, with one on z
bed. There is one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two twins, and
one bedroom with one twin.
The home features a comfortable living room with garden views, a fireplace,
and an extensive library. Downstairs there is a separate dining area with an
adjacent fully-equipped kitchen, and a laundry room with a washer, tumble dryer,
and a WC. Outside there is a york stoned patio garden with an outside
seat and table.
Amenities include heating, a telephone for local calls, cable TV, a VCR, a
cassette player, radio, a double oven and hob, a fridge freezer, a microwave, a
toaster. Extensive Library.
Heating and lighting plus Linens and towels included in price.
The local swimming pool and gym is a two-minute walk down the road. The
famous Camden lock and market is but a short walk away. And Primrose Hill,
Hampstead, Highgate, and Regents Park are all within a five-minute drive. The
home is situated just one km from the infirmary/doctor, four km from the
hospital, 900 m from groceries, 400 m from the bus stop, and 900 m from the train
station.
We offer weekly rentals only.
Rentals start on Fridays, or by arrangement.
Cleaning is available by arrangement.
