Property Details

Our Apartment 4 is located on the high ground-floor of our old town house. Over two marble staircases and through a new mahogany door you enter the living- and bedroom. This room is furnished with a leather sofa, a mahogany bed with an orthopaedic mattress (1.40 x 2.00 m) and a big wardrobe. Next to this living- and bedroom there is a small tiled bathroom with a toilet and a wash-basin. In the second room you find a completely equipped kitchen with a table and seats and a shower. Both rooms have a window to a quiet lane. From the outside you cannot look into the apartment. Our apartment has been completely renovated in 2004.

At arrival you receive the apartment key from our housekeeper Dona Adalia .She lives 10m up the street. Before your arrival she cleans the apartments and covers your beds with sheets

The rent is valid for a reservation of two adults. Children up to 9 years paying 10 EUR per night. When booking we kindly ask for a deposit of 100 EUR. This sum counts as a rental retreat fee up to 30 days before the rent starts. From 30 days before beginning of the rent the retreat fee is the complete rental rate, if we cannot find a substitute.
Cleaning of the apartment for two persons 35 EUR. Towels and bed-linen are provided. Electricity, gas and water are inclusive.
