Richarnau Bed and Breakfast is a beautiful L-shaped building in the heart of Provence at the foot of the Mont Ventoux. The region is renowned for its honey, lavender and cherries.
A warm welcome from Christian & Visnja Michelle awaits you in this beautiful old farmhouse, ideal for relaxation,farniente and excursions to the lovely Provencal villages nearby.
You can explore the Mont Ventoux on foot,on a bicycle or by car.
Breakfast and dinner are served on the terrace, in the shade of a century-old lime tree.
You can reserve dinner two or three times a week. Each dish cooked by Christian is delicately flavoured with all the herbs of Provence.

Mont Ventoux, the highest in Provence, the Gorges of the River Nesque, a famous prehistoric site, and the countryside that forms the setting of the novels by the well known French writer Jean Giono, all these are on your doorstep. A little further away you can visite the well preserved old town of Carpentras, the National Park of the Luberron and its picturesque hilltop villages, Avignon and Orange with their summer theatre and music festivals and Vaison-la-Romaine and its Roman remains. Not to mention the vineyards and wine cellars where you will find Gigondas, Chateauneuf-du-Pape and other famous wines, as well as the exellent vintages produced in the region of Vacqueyras,Seguret and Beaune-de-Venise. |
