LUXURY VILLA VACATION RENTAL in OCHO RIOS - NORTH COAST - JAMAICA.

This villa located between Afterglow villa and Clear Water villa in Ocho Rios, is a beautiful, ocean front 4 bedroom, 4 bath villa nestled in a lush tropical garden overlooking the sea.

Originally built by a Scottish lord, The Earl of Mansfield, the present owners have extensively refurbished the villa within the past two years. This is a two story villa with three, air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs, each with its own private bathroom and porch overlooking the sea. There is another large, air-conditioned bedroom in a separate cottage attached to the villa. The villa interior consists of a lovely living room opening onto a large (24x12) outdoor, covered verandah with comfortable wicker seating. This area is perfect for watching the morning sunrise or evening sunset, or relaxing in the afternoon with a cool drink. There is an indoor dining room seating eight and outdoor dining room which can seat ten and overlooks the pool and ocean. The first floor also has an indoor television room (cable TV, VCR) and an outdoor covered game room (20x12), perfect for cards, puzzles or other board games. The living room has a 42" plasma flat screen, the master bedroom has a 32", two bedrooms have 20" and two bedrooms have 32" flat screens. The bedrooms are beautifully furnished; all have air-conditioning, private baths, and porches looking out to sea. All the upstairs bedrooms have large louvered doors which completely open up to their own private outdoor porches, giving the rooms a wonderful tropical Jamaican feel. Master Bedroom: The master bedroom (18x12) has a King Bed, indoor seating area with love seat and chair and an outdoor porch with table and chairs and padded lounge chair. There is a separate dressing room (6x9) and large private bath with shower and bidet. Bedroom #2 The second bedroom (12x12) has a Queen Bed and lovely antique writing desk. The bathroom has a walk in shower. There is a side porch looking out to sea. Bedroom #3 The third bedroom (12x11) has a Queen Bed and bath with walk in shower. The private porch overlooks the sea and side garden. Bedroom #4 This fourth bedroom (14x16 and 8x8, L shaped) is located in a private cottage attached to the villa. This bedroom is perfect for children and has four twin beds, cable TV and VCR, games and a game table and large bathroom with shower. TV Room Fold out sofa bed in the TV room, can sleep an extra two people, especially children. There is a powder room attached to it. Outdoors the villa is surrounded by multiple level terraces. The upper terrace is covered for dining and outdoor seating, the lower terrace has a fresh water pool and comfortable lounge chairs. There are steps down through the rocks to a large pier that gives perfect access to a gorgeous sandy swimming area in crystal clear water. The sea entrance is by steps to the water which is about one foot deep and sandy bottom, perfect for children. The swimming area is all sand bottom and about 5-6 ft. deep. This villa is affectionately known as the best and has a caring, capable and pleasant staff of four, composed of a cook, a maid, and a gardener. They will prepare wonderful meals of your own choice, introduce you to Jamaican cooking and delicacies and generally look after your every need. **Note** The villa has use of Tennis, Gym and Sauna at the Royal Plantation. There is a 25% discount on Spa treatments, however only TWO people from the villa are allowed at a time.
