It is also a short walking distance to Carmel's world-class restaurants, shopping and art galleries, as the main street of that district, Ocean Avenue, is just 3 blocks away.

The area has many festivals and the property is within walking distance to the famed Pebble Beach Golf Course where the famous AT&T Golf tournament is held annually, the Concours d'Elegance and many more such events. The home is also beautifully set up for entertaining. Plates and dishware are sufficient to serve more than 20 people as is the glassware. There are several serving plates for appetizers and an excellent array of wine, champagne, highball, martini and other drink glasses.
