Our home is a sparkling grand 5 Br 3 full bath pool home with luxurious leather furniture and impeccably appointed furnishings.
It has 2 cable TVs,all utensils, linens, hair blowdryer, washer/dryer etc.
Walk out of the living room into the pool area. Watch the golden sunset on the private Western facing conservation lot.

The kids will enjoy the sunny days in the pool. You can walk around to the trail about the Lake to the sandy beach and dock. You can then continue to the clubhouse and have a party catered to the bar area or have your convention there.
There is a community pool and spa, and an exercise equipment room.
There are and BBQs and picnic area about.

Additional Notes : RATES
$875 per week plus 10% tax during the off season
$1,050 per week plus 10% tax during the on season
(April 1 - Labor Day week and Christmas and New Years holiday.)

Less than 5 days, owner pays $75 for clean service
$100.00 per week for pool heat (optional)

$250 deposit ($150 refundable if canceled within 6 weeks)
