A tax of 0.80 euros to promote tourism and a city tax of 1.50 euro per day per person will be charged extra.

Full payment of room nights and taxes are required on or before arrival (if payment has not been executed at time of booking).

Resevation:
50% of the amount of room nights upon booking by bank transfer and 50% on arrival in Riyadh.

In the case of exclusive (rental of the entire Riad)
100% of total price must be paid within 30 days prior to arrival

Cancellation policy:

30 days or more prior to arrival the client has 30% of the amount of nights
Between 30 and 20 days prior to arrival the client has 60% of the amount of nights
20 days from the date of commencement of stay the client is liable for 100% of the amount of nights at the Riad.
