Beautiful apartment (90 m2) which has been recently restored and is situated in the heart of Rome s historical town centre, just a few metres from Santa Maria Maggiore, the Coliseum and Piazza Venezia. Public car park where you pay to park, supermarket and various shops within a 300 m radius. The apartment, although it is in the city centre is situated in a secondary street with little traffic and benefits from relative quietness. 3rd fl. (with lift): entrance, living room (TV), study separated from the living room by a sliding wall panel, with small double divan bed (140 cm) and access onto the balcony, kitchen/dining room (dishwasher, washing machine), 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, lumber room. This accommodation is not advised for families with children younger than 6 years old. Comfortable furniture. Telephone for Incoming calls only. Central heating. Please note: arrivals must take place between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. (for late arrivals there is a cost of 8 Euro/hour).
