The main living accommodations are on the upper floor of a two story home with ocean and terrirorial views including Haleakala.
The main house has 2 bedrooms. The master has a king and the second twins. Two additional persons may be accommodated on a queen hide-a-bed in the library area.
The main living area is open and contains a kitchen, dining room, living room and library. Decks face the ocean and Haleakala.
A separate pool house overlooks the private pool and contains a studio kitchen, bath and an L-shaped area with a double bed, bunks and a double hide-a-bed.
The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood about 100 yards from the ocean. Tennis courts, shopping, restaurants, and golf are within walking distance as are swimming, scuba, snorkeling, surfing, wind surfing and golf. Fine dining, Makena, Wailea and hotel entertainment are nearby.
The home is fully equipped and a resident manager is on site.
