The perfect beach house for a family vacation. Spacious and well appointed with every thing you need to make your vacation truly memorable.

This conveniently located, 3,000 Sq. Ft. beach house, built in 2005 has it all. It?s spacious rooms sleep 14 people comfortably in it?s 5 bedroom, with 4 baths, large kitchen, 3 sitting rooms and 465 Sq. Ft. game room. Outside there is a covered patio and deck, heated swimming pool, hot tub, with an ocean view and only 300 feet from the beach.

On the 1st. floor there are 3 bedrooms with 1 King,1 Queen and 2 twin beds, 1 sitting room (TV room) with a Queen sleeper sofa. All rooms have TVs. The dinning and kitchen are fully equipped with ever thing you need to prepare and serve a perfect family meal, the kitchen also includes a dish washer and full size washer and dryer. The 1st. floor is complete with 2 full baths and the kids will love the game room with pool table and packman.

The 2nd floor is not lacking in comfort or space with it?s 2 master bedrooms, one with it?s own private balcony and ocean view. The bedrooms have King beds all with TVs and private bathrooms. There is also a convenient sitting room (TV room) that has a Queen sleeper sofa , table and chairs, wet bar, refrigerator and microwave.

Outside you can relax on a covered patio where you can cook hot dogs and Hamburg?s on an outside grill. The in ground pool has plenty of room with chairs and chase lounges for your sun bathing. The pool is heated April through November. After a day of shopping and playing, unwind in the 8 ft. hot tub. Located in North Myrtle Beach just off of 17th Ave. South and Ocean Blvd. and just minutes from Restraunt Row, Bare Foot Landing, Cherry Grove Pier and Rt 17 which has all the entertainment and shopping you could want.

Weekly rates depend on the season and normally run Saturday to Saturday. Departure cleaning, linens, towels, paper supplies and cleaning supplies are ?FREE?. Intrnet with WiFi.This beach house is non smoking with areas outside designated for smoking,. No house parties or pets are allowed. Guests must be 25 years of age or accompanied by a guardian or chaperon 25 years old.
