COTTAGES VACATION RENTAL near KILLIN - STIRLING - LOCH LOMOND - PERTH - CENTRAL SCOTLAND.

Self catering accommodation situated in the spectacular Highlands of Scotland near to the village of Killin in Perthshire.

A small collection of cottages that was once Wester Lix Farm, an ideal location for a comfortable and peaceful retreat being located in a remote and secluded forest clearing, but at the same time within easy reach of nearby villages and local amenities and being less than 2 hours drive from Glasgow or Edinburgh.

Features of the location include our own private lochan fed from the burn that runs through the site. Wester Lix is set within its own secluded and private grounds of 9 acres and is a family business run by its owners Gill and Dave Hunt.

We offer 3 'real-home' cottages, each with their own character and style for groups of 2 to 12

A smaller but extremely comfortable cottage for groups of up to 4 situated immediately adjacent to Wester Lix Cottages overlooking our private Lochan.

Accommodation is on a single floor offering combined lounge diner, well appointed kitchen, plus 2 bedrooms and single bathroom with shower.

The lounge has a wood burning stove, colour tv with video plus patio doors to the grounds with outdoor dining area with small fenced garden ideal for small children or dogs.

The kitchen is fitted to a high standard and features microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine.

Bedrooms comprise of 1 double and 1 twin.

Beech Cottage was built in 1998 and is a traditional style holiday cottage with electric heating and hot water plus double glazing.

Beech Cottage is owned by Mr and Mrs Brown from Dunfermline and bookings can be made through Gill Hunt at Wester Lix Cottages.
