The Round House is a fully self-contained five bedroom luxury home, open plan living areas offer sweeping views of the city.
It includes heated swimming pool with jets for swimming on the spot, spa, sauna, gas bbq and Sky TV.
Enclosed garden ensures privacy and safety for children. Double glazing throughout, passive sola panels and a heat pump provide all weather comfort.
All linen is provided and the house is serviced weekly.
It is situated seven minutes from the city and close to walking tracks in the Cashmere Hills.
15 minutes from the waterfront activities such as sailing, wind surfing and skiing, near beaches, and only 25 minutes from the airport.
You can also enjoy the city delights of Christchurch, visit nearby Sumner Beach, Banks Peninsula, or ski at winter ski-fields only 2 hours drive away.
The Round House can sleep up to ten people.
Minimum booking: three nights.
Off-peak rates: NZ$200.00 ( 105 € / 125 US$ ) per night for 2 people and NZ$25(13 €/16US$)per night for each additional person. |
