The simple luxury of this private oceanfront villa with breathtaking views of the caribbean sea and pampering Spa treatments will endulce and let zou dream away.

We are located in Puerto Aventuras, which is just ten minutes south of Playa Del Carmen and about 50 minutes from the Cancun Airport. Puerto Aventuras is a gated community offering a marina, a 9 hole golf course, tennis courts and fabulous beaches. In the Marina you will find fishing and diving opportunities, The Discover Dolphin area, grocery stores, many enjoyable restaurants and shops. Casa del Agua is only 5 minutes walking distance south of the small center.

The guest suites
Each of our four guest suites is unique and romantically beautiful. All suites offer air conditioned, ceiling fans, mini-fridges, safety boxes and private bathrooms in tropical garden settings.
Beautiful handcrafted furniture, doors and windows combine with colorful hand-woven Mexican textiles to create an atmosphere of Mexican Caribbean luxury.
Some of the suites have private terraces and offer ocean and jungle views. It's the perfect hideaway for those seeking privacy an their vacation.
The common area features a voluminous thatched roof that is truly breathtaking. Folding doors open onto our large terrace, offering an unforgettable view to our private beach and the turquoise waters of the Caribbean.

Our rates in mid season are $ 220.00 US per night per room in double occupancy and include daily a full breakfast and maid service. 12% tax and 5% service charge is not included.
The seventh night of each week's stay is always complimentary.

Breakfast at Casa del Agua is included with the stay and is served on our main terrace. Featured daily are fresh juice, coffee or tea, tropical fruit salad, yogurt, cereals, banana-nut-pan cakes or our french toast flamed in orange liqueur. We are happy to offer you a mexican specialty like chilaquiles, ranch style eggs, omelet with Huitlacoche mushrooms, Chaya or shrimp.
We offer special dinner only on request. We will be happy to serve tropical cocktails and drinks during the presence of our staff.
At five minutes walking distance zou will find bars and restaurants along the marina.

Tropical Spa
Casa del Agua has a own full service Spa, offering a great menu of rejuvenating treatments.

Weddings
Casa del Agua is a wonderful place to celebrate a private and unforgettable wedding. We offer wedding planning, catering, entertainment, decoration transfers etc.

Excursions
We provide specially tailored excursions and round trips to Mayan ruins, nature reserves, cenotes of cristalline water, haciendas and more. You will be escorted by an experienced professional guide. Please ask for details.
