Can Palermo is located in the north of IBIZA in declared protected rural landscape, almost without neighbours, in the quite country side north of Sta. Gertrudis.
The villa, on a plot of 6000 m2, was buildt into the hill and offers a beautiful view over a large rural valley as far as the Atalaya, the highest mountain of the island.
The garden preserves features of rural Ibiza, with many trees, like oil-trees and algarobas - but it has also many decorative plants. The central-heating in all rooms seduce many guests to spend their Ibiza-holidays also in autumn, winter and spring-time.
The villa offers 4 living rooms with comfortable sitting and dining areas. With 4 bathes and 6 sleeping-rooms ( 2 with double-beds, 4 likewise with two separate or 1 double-bed) up to 12 people can easily be accomodated. It has a pool (11 x 4 m), fully equiped kitchen, Sat-TV, dishwasher, washingmachine, centralheating, aircondition c/w in some rooms, an ISDN computeraccess is possible.
The spacious finca (330 m2 living area) shows many authentic features, like natural stone walls and stairs and wooden cealings in most of the rooms. The charme of the house consists in the artistic combination of old authetic parts and their combination with modern design and materials: like yellow marble in many rooms in ombination with wood, white and blue terracotta...or antique huge dining table combined with special designed leather-metal lounge-chairs...or specially designed doors covered with blue-white plexiglas ...or many plotter prints of digital art
