HOUSE VACATION RENTAL in FLEIX - ALICANTE - COSTA BLANCA - SPAIN.

Self-catering village house, recently restored, sleeping up to 7, in quiet mountain village yet only 23 km from the beach.

The house has been carefully restored. All this has been done without sacrificing comfort, so that the visitor is assured of a pleasant and agreeable stay thanks to a fully-equipped kitchen, including refrigerator, electric oven, gas hob, microwave oven, mixer, pop-up toaster, etc., and bathrooms and cloakrooms tastefully fitted out and decorated with discreet charm.
On the ground floor a large entrance hall gives access, to the right and left respectively, to the kitchen and a small cloakroom, beyond the hall is an intimate sitting-room with a TV set and a wood-burning stove, and beyond that again the large and luminous dining room (with a sofa-bed for 2 people) which in turn communicates, by way of sliding French windows, with the patio. At the far end of the patio there is a barbecue area and a small laundry and utility room, equipped with a sink and washing machine. The patio is edged round with flower-beds and has a large teak table and chairs and a garden bench.

From the entrance hall a staircase leads to the upper floors. On the first floor there are two main bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. Both have fitted wardrobes. There is also a third bedroom with two sturdy wooden bunk beds, and a large bathroom with bath, hand shower, twin washbasins and electric hairdryer, plus a small separate toilet with washbasin.
The top floor comprises a small room with an individual folding bed, a shower room with washbasin and WC, and a roof terrace/ solarium affording breathtaking views of both the mountains and the sea.
On clear days it is even possible to make out the coast of the island of Ibiza, over 75 miles away. All rooms, including bathrooms, have windows to the outside and are therefore light and airy.
