VILLA VACATION RENTAL in PLAYA DE ARO - GIRONA - COSTA BRAVA - CATALONIA - SPAIN.


A typical style villa situated in exceptional surroundings, 5 minutes from the most beautiful Mediterranean beaches, set in a 3.500 m² property.
A pleasant 80 m² terrace with flowered décor is equipped with tables and chairs, surloungers, a swinging sun-bench, parasols and barbecue. The swimming pool situated 50m. away can be reached by a garden path. This pool is shared with two other private residences. Adjacent to the pool, there is a pool house with changing area, shower and toilet. The terrace surrounding the pool is equipped with many surloungers, table and chairs.

In a very special atmosphere, immerged in nature, you still find yourself amazingly close to a wide range of facilities and entertainment. There are possibilities for dining and shopping ( boutiques and small retail shops ), as well as for leisure activities including beaches, golf courses, riding school, fitness facilities, hiking and water sports ( diving - sailing - water-skiing - parasailing - jet-skiing .. ). For culture enthusiast you are within easy walking distance of a traditional medieval village with a compact core of castle and church, there are also famous museums ( Dali, Miro, ... ) and a wealth of folklore, shows and historical sites dating back to the Roman and the Phoenicians. Barcelona is at 1 hour by car, train or bus.

The Villa

- Terrace level: ± 70 m². Fire place, bar corner, library and fully fitted kitchen complete with semi-professional ovens, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and china service set. All kitchen and table line included.

- At mid-level : Cloakroom, powder room, wardrobe and separated WC. Bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower-bath, toilet, double washstand and laundry facilities, washing machine and tumble dryer.

- At upper level: Stone stair access (partly without railing) to upper level, giving way to two further bedrooms each with double bed. Further bathroom facilities include large shower, double washstand and toilet for each bedroom.

One house clean and bed linen change for a two week stay. Cot available on demand.

Special Week-end(minimum 3 nights): 225€ per night.
