This villa is located in the Zinzulusa town in a panoramic and declivous position over the sea on the outskirts of the inhabited centre of Castro, approx. 200 m from the sea (rocky shore) which you can walk to or reach by car. The small gulf below is characterized by a rocky shore and the famous Zinzulusa marine cave. Near the house you will also find a convenient equipped structure with a large swimming pool with salt water (upon payment). The house has various panoramic and equipped terraces on varying levels and a garden. Private parking for three cars. Reasonably comfortable furniture.
