Near famous Paimpol, Brehat island, the pink granite coast, the granite cities, the fishing and sailing harbours, the breton churches...our house is ideally located to visit this beautiful part of Brittany, its rocky coast, with its ever-changing scenery (high tide amplitude in this area).
Beaches and shores about 12km away, shops 3kms in touristic and animated PONTRIEUX (its steam train, its old washing houses by the river, a city of artists today).
The house is in a nice and quiet environment, nice views on the fields and Trieux valley, within asy reach of the river(fishing, walks) (5-10'walk), and of the nearby famous castle and its beautiful park (music and theatre in summer). Walking, cycling, canoeing, horse-riding...
This traditional stone house has been extended, and recently renovated, about100m² , large rooms, cosy atmosphere, fireplace, 2 nice bedrooms (one with king-sized bed), plus convertible sofa in the lounge, all comfort(WM, Dishwasher), terrace facing south, garden furniture, inflatable pool for children.
