Furnished with pieces of "arte povera", this country house is distinguished by the extremely good taste in which it has been converted, the semplicity of the furniture and for the harmony that has been created with the external space. A large portico, furnished with divans, armchairs and a large dining table completes off one side, and a living area with large windows, creating a very pleasing continuity that is characteristics of the whole villa.
From the portico, you can enter the kitchen and the living room. The pool is also accessed from the portico, being situated immediately in front of the property. This villa is absolutely "family friendly" equipped with a lovely small room created solely for children and with a garden entirely fenced off.
The villa is found halfway up on a hill in a protected and panoramic area on the border between Umbria and Lazio. The white road that leads to the villa has easy access from the motorway and the A1 highway. The surrounding areas to visit are varied and interesting, for example only 2 kms away you will find an important health centre with a famous thermal water pool.

Half the area of this room is furnished with windows, which all face onto the garden and the portico (all the windows of this area can be opened and covered into a semi-portico). Up 4 steps, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 double room (lower standard).
***First Floor: Corridor, 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. 1 single bedroom with French bed (130 cms), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds for children with an extra 2 beds on a mezzanine floor. 1 bathroom with bath-tub. Up 5 steps. 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
