Holiday Home located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the highly thought-after area of Sandpiper, the house, which was fully remodelled in 2004, sits on a 0.5 acre (2000 m²) of landscaped garden and features a beautiful heated/lit swimming pool(36*18 ft)and jacuzzi overlooking CLUB MED Sandpiper’s golf course.
Its layout, its size (2200 sq ft or 200 m2 fully A/C) and its furniture make it an ideal holiday house for up to 2 families (2 couples + 4 children).
With access to CLUB MED resort(18 tennis courts,circus trapeze, rollerblade, waterski, aerobics, gym,3 swimming pools,archery,pitch& putt,massage,restaurants..it will particularly suit sports fanatics and golf enthusiasts (4 golf courses within 10 mn drive).Ocean & beaches 15 mn away
The house being our holiday home, no money was spared on making it truly a home with a holiday and luxurious feel (home cinema, barbecue, two patio lounges, deck chairs, 4 bicycles, swimming pool toys, body boards,etc...)
Club Med resort only 5 minutes away by car where family daily or weekly memberships are available and very competitively priced
(eg.$ 75/family/week. this gives access to all the sports facilities.

A part la cafetière que nous avons remplacée, vous trouverez votre demeure comme vous nous l'avez laisée....impeccable.
nous avons découvert le New England fish market à Jensen Beach. Les huîtres, le homard et les bajoues de grouper sont un vrai régal.
nous avons laissé un menu si vous ne le connaissezpas déja. de tous les golfs, nous avons préféré le gator trace de fort Pierce (seulement 40$!);
Vos voisins immédiats sont charmants. |
