Les Bourdeaux is a beautiful, completely renovated farm, on 10 acres of private ground, near the medieval village of Monflanquin. You will enjoy the rest and privacy and the beautiful views on the village of Monflanquin and the lovely countryside.

Accomodation:

Ground floor:
On the ground floor, in the main house, Les Bourdeaux has two bedrooms (19 m2 and 12 m2) for in total 4 guests, a modern bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet and a beautiful French kitchen. In the kitchen you will find a gas oven (5 burners), a dishwasher and adequate kitchenware. In the utility room next to the kitchen there are two fridges, a freezer, a washing machine, a dryer and ironing facilities. A barbeque is at your disposal.
Next to the main house you will find the room Sancerre that can be reached from the inner court. In the spacious bedroom (30 m2) there is place for two guests. From the room and the small private terrace in front of the room you have a splendid view of the bastide of Monflanquin. In the luxurious bathroom with washbasin and toilet there is a big round shower exactly on the spot where there used to be a very old bread-oven. This room is accessible for wheelchairs.

First floor:
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, both with their own bathroom, and a living room.
The room Champagne (33 m2) has many authentic details and can accommodate two guests. The bathroom has a shower, a corner bath, a toilet and two washbasins. By using the original terra cotta tiles and by restoring the very old sink and fireplace, the owners have tried to maintain the original atmosphere of the room.
The room Fleurie has a bedroom (22 m2) with mezzanine, a lounge (14 m2) and a modern bathroom with a shower, a toilet and two washbasins. In the bedroom are two single beds, on the mezzanine there is a single bed and in the lounge you will find another single bed.

Four of the five bedrooms are big enough to accommodate a baby. Two baby beds are at your disposal.

In the living room you will find another fridge, a TV with international channels, books in English, information on the surroundings and some games.

Around the house there is an uncovered and a covered terrace, a swimming pool (10 x 5 mtrs) with sun loungers, a giant chessboard and a jeu-de-boule court.
Next to the covered terrace, there is a summer kitchen with a big oven and a bbq.

Linen and towels are provided.

Change over day on Saturday.

Dogs are not allowed and smoking is forbidden inside the house.

You have WIFI acces in the whole house.
