Wonderful modern villa, vacation rentals direct by owner, situated on a hillside on the hedge of the picturesque farming village of Plan de la Tour,with panoramic views across the plain to the mountains of the Massif des Maures.
The villa is light and spacious. The living area opens onto a large terrace which overlooks the pool(5x12m), with views which extend over the surrounding area, with a contrast of vineyards, forest and open plain.
The village of Plan de la tour is a 5 minute drive, it has a colourful weekly market, shops, cafes and restaurants. The larger seaside town of st Maxime is 6 miles, Saint Tropez is at 11 miles.
On a large piece of land (1,3 ha), the house is built around a central courtyard and a beautiful tree. Large living room (TV,DVD,CD), open fireplace; Kitchen/dining room with a large table which converts into a snooker.
