Imposing manor villa (sleeps 8)from the early 1900s, set on a hill with panoramic views reaching as far as the sea which is approx. 2 km away as the crow flies (3 km by car). The villa is situated behind the town of Fano, on the Adriatic coast, renowned for its large sandy beaches and numerous bathing establishments. Panoramic views reaching as far as the sea in the distance. Peaceful position; a road passes in the bottom of the valley approx. 400 m away. The villa has exclusive use of a large well-kept lawn, a large equipped terrace, a pleasant swimming pool (5x10) (1/6-30/9) with stairs leading into the water and sun terrace, and a lawn with olive trees. One side the villa is attached to an outbuilding which is occasionally inhabited by the owners (independent access and garden) and the caretakers' house (independent access). Available on request: babysitting service, cook (specialized in fish), extra cleaning and shopping in the city. Parking. Comfortable furniture. Central heating.

LOCATION: 1 km from the centre of Fano (all kinds of shops), 13 km south of the city of Pesaro, 40 km Riccione (one of the most well known bathing resorts on the Adriatic coast) and the Ancona airport, 45 km the very ancient city of Urbino.

Less known, but not for this reason is it inferior in its nature and landscape, the Marche faces the Adriatic Sea and offers an uncontaminated coast.
