One side the villa is attached to an outbuilding which is occasionally inhabited by the owners (independent access and garden) and the caretakers' house (independent access). Less known, but not for this reason is it inferior in its nature and landscape, the Marche faces the Adriatic Sea and offers an uncontaminated coast.
