British Virgin Islands Villa Vacation rentals 3 Bedroom in Brewers Bay on Tortola Island.

The Villa is located in the historic British Virgin Islands, on the island of Tortola, high above Brewers Bay. Its ten acres of 17th century sugar plantation grounds, the original steppes where the island’s world-famous rums were born, now offer breathtaking views of local tropical forest and dramatic “ghut”, the jewel-like crescent bay, and the expansive open Atlantic Ocean.

The villa is comprised of three separate houses – Main, Master, and Guest, and a central pool and sunning deck. The houses are stepped down and across the face of the hillside, and are connected by a network of tile walkways accentuated at every turn by flowering hibiscus of every hue, fuscia and purple bougainville, red ginger, red and yellow heliconia, and yellow white alamanda. Below the houses, and on the slopes of the yard are fruit-bearing banana, coconut, grapefruit, key lime, mango, papaya, and passion fruit trees.

The houses are each furnished in colorful tropical fabrics and rugs, and finished with deep varnished tropical woods and brass fittings. All modern amenities, including internet and telephone access, are available in each of three bedroom suites, as well as in the complete audio and video entertainment center of the Main house.

The villa is designed to accommodate everyone well from fun-in-the-sun-seeking families of eight, to quiet-seeking parties of three couples, to privacy-and-romance-seeking single couples and honeymooners. The place just adapts to the guest’s pace and requirements, and never seems too small nor too big.

Please note that the 7th-8th person would have to sleep on one of the daybeds (good size for a child).
There are three bedrooms split between two buildings, the “Master Suite” and “Guest Suite Pavilion”. The master suite has 1 king. Guest Suite Pavilion has two bedrooms, “Blue Suite” which has one king (OR 2 twins, your choice) and 2 single built-in daybeds in an open alcove off the main bedroom. The other bedroom in the guest suite pavilion is the “Green Suite” which has one queen, and one single built-in daybed* in an open alcove off the main bedroom area.
Baths 3.5 – spacious baths, all with double vanities and large tiled showers. Outdoor freshwater shower at parking area, for a quick rinse off after returning from the beach.
