Villadinafarm (s. A. homepage) is a small and calm plan, apart from main streets, at the foot of the Legnone mountain (2620 m) with Colico, on the north bank of the Comersee, from which Villadina is distant 2 km for approx.. This new (year of construction 2003) plan is appropriate for center in the country, is not however not detached by a living context: in approx. 500 m distance are the next business, restaurants and the church. In approx. 2 km distance is the port, the ferry, the beach, sail and Windsurfschule, tennis and further spare time and sport possibilities. The next swimming pool is approx. 18 km far away. The plan offers on request also a taxi service or organizes round travels, in order to visit the most beautiful places approximately around the lake. For the guests also information is available on German to many objects of interest the area. : this small villa consists of 5 beautiful and independent apartment , comfortably and completely equipped. A common garden of approx. 1500 square meter with grill range is to the guests at the disposal. Naturally for each dwelling are to garden furniture (table, chairs and couches) and an autoparking area at the disposal. From Villadina you will enjoys a beautiful view of the mountains and naturally (of the front) on the lake. This villa is ideal, if one looks for peace, nature, sport and culture in the closer environment. washing machine is present in Paganini and Mozart apartments Dwellings: Here the description of the 5 dwellings: - Paganini: Ground floor, approx. 60 square meter, 2 rooms, to 6 persons. Living range (with fire-place) with single bed and Futon Doppelbettcouch, bedroom with double bed and single bed - Verdi: Ground floor, approx. 60 square meter, 2 rooms, to 5 persons. Living range (with fire-place) with a Futon Doppelbettcouch, bedroom with double bed and single bed - Mozart: Earth projectile, approx. 70 square meter, 3 room, to 6 persons. Living range with bed armchair, 2 bedrooms, ever with 2 double beds and a single bed - Vivaldi: Upper floor, approx. 45 square meter, 2 rooms, to 4 persons. Living range with 1 bed armchair and a single bed, bedroom with double bed. - Puccini: Earth projectile, approx. 45 square meter, 2 rooms, to 4 persons. Living range with Futon Doppelbettcouch, bedroom with double bed. All dwellings are completely equipped with own, independent heating, Sat tv( no in Verdi), bath with shower cubicle, open kitchen with 4-Plattenherd, furnace, refrigerator with freezing subject (in Vivaldi without freezing subject), table-ware and accessories (toaster, hair dryer equipment, coffee machine, iron, microwere), table, chairs, cabinets and further facility furniture, which make the stay pleasant here. Mozart and Paganini have additionally a washing machine, a microwave oven and a CD Player+Radio. Also on security the landlord puts to special value: in the dwellings also gas sensors and an alarm bell are in the bathroom. Each dwelling has place in the free one before the respective entrance. With Paganini, Verdi and Mozart this is on the front of the house. Puccini is the entrance in the ground floor on the back of the house. Vivaldi has a beautiful free area on the "timber bridge" to the entrance. Other: A further aspect of the plant Villadina is their character than "music shop": on request here Italian Songs and Balladen are sung or played jazz with Saxofon on musical basis, not only for but also with the guests. The owner is a passionate and active musician (Saxofon, transverse flute, guitar), who also music instruction, if desired, to the Villadina customers gives. The lake is approx. 20 minutes to foot or 5 autominutes far away. Here can be rented also Windsurf, Mountainbikes o, kanu, Kite , Sailboat ecc... With the ferry (www.navigazionelaghi.it) beautiful round travels can be made around the lake. An attendance worth are also many beautiful small towns such as Bellagio, Pescallo, Varenna, Tremezzo,Lierna, natural park of novate etc. like that as many objects of interest, e.g. the historical castle Torri di Fontanedo, the protected area from the Adda and from Novate, removed the 15 autominutes for castle Fuentes and Montecchio, the Villamonastero (www.villamonastero.it), the mansion Carlotta (www.villacarlotta.it). From the plant Villadina are possible many migrations with different degrees of difficulty: from completely simple to the completely large challenges of the famous Grigna mountain in 30 autominutes (www.cai.lecco.it). An ideal four-day migration in spring and autumn, with good conditions also in the winter, is the Sentiero del Viandante, who follows old traffic routes along the east bank of the Comersees. however in direction of travel the north (sea-upward) does not mark out-described. Moving shoes very recommendable. The situation of Villadina and the climate in the valley the whole year is optimal for many kinds of sport and leisure activities: e.g. Windsurf (www.windsurf colico.com), water haven, fishing rods, kanu, sails. Ride, etc.. On the plan one can degustieren and buy also typical products of the area, primarily honey, cheese, butter.

On request bedlinen and towels (cushions and covers free of charge) can to 10 euros per person per week to be made available.
The gas cost are not inclusive for cooking and for the heating, those after consumption to be computed (after empirical values these costs amount to on the average approx. 12, - euro/day in the winter and approx. 3.50 euro/day in the summer). The caution deposit 120, - euro.
