Quiet and luxuous B&B rooms situated at only 10 minutes walk from the centre of Spa and 4 km from the Spa Francorchamps racing track. The Villa des Fagnes Bed and Breakfast really is a charming place for a peaceful accommodation.

The owners welcome their guests in 3 double bedrooms, each equipped with : King Size bed, bathroom with bath and/or shower, private toilet, color TV, video and/or DVD player, minibar-fridge, clock radio, hairdryer, possible telephone and internet connection. A suite and a family duplex are also available.

1 duplex for family accommodation: private entry, 1 room with a large bed,
color TV, DVD player, minibar-fridge, bathroom with bath and shower, private toilet.
Upper floor accessible by a spiral staircase: 1 room with 2 single beds, color TV, video.

Breakfast with the farmer's products (butter, cheeses, Liège cordial and honey) and
country products (dried sausage from Verviers, Gaumais, brawn from Aubel) with traditional
Kellogg's and dried fruits Muesli. Numerous and varied home-made marmelades. Fruit salad.

Park with flowery terraces and garden furniture.

Playing areas for children: toboggans, hut, sandbox.
