From the main terrace of Villa Ulivi, guests can easily enjoy the view of Florence and of its incomparable, unspoilt countryside. Infact, the main terrace is situated on the top of the building and it opens onto a wide view of the unique Florentine landscape, that was described by Fernand Braudel as the most exciting countryside in the world.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation:
From the reservation to 60 days before Check-in: 100% of the deposit is refounded;
From 59 days before Check-in to 30 days before Check-in: 50% of the deposit is refounded;
From 29 days before Check-in to 0 hours before Check-in: the Guest is not qualified for having His deposit refounded;
In case of no show : the Guest is not qualified for having His deposit refounded.
