The property has been in our Family since 1749,when much of surrounding area was owned and administrated by the Count ship of Mochi Onori who lived in the magnificent Villa which still for part of property.
Alle Vigne di Pace enjoys a very picturesque location on a vine covered hillside near Umbertide in the rolling countryside of northern Umbria, not far from the border of Tuscany, and all the paraphernalia of working farm and vineyard.
In less than an hour by car, you can reach the historical wonders of Assisi, Siena, Perugia, Gubbio and Arezzo.
The owners will be dekighted to help you enjoy the pleasures of other less famous but equally fascinating towns in the local area.
Today, the farmer servants quarters, stables and stalls have been converted into 9 apartments of various dimensions, furnished in authentic rustic style and all fully self-contained.
The apartments can accommodate from 2 to 6 guests and the whole complex; a total of 35 guests.
On a ground floor is a large sitting room; created on the site of the old stalls, with an a antque wood burning stove, ideal for passing time, perhaps by reading something from the library or distracting your attetion with a game.
Equally magical is the antique wine cellar, with the solid brick vaulted ceiling meticulously restored, where the local farm produce of wines and other seasonal delicacies can be tasted.
