Otter?s View Home is located in the Sand Dollar Beach complex on Monterey Bay, 10 miles south of Santa Cruz off Hwy l. Otter?s View is a beautiful four-story dramatic ocean view home with accommodations for 8 guests. Otter?s View has just recently been remodeled with a completely new kitchen, redecorated living room, new fireplace, and new floors and freshly painted inside and out.

The entrance floor (1st) consists of a two car garage, a sauna and shower. The 2nd floor has the master suite with full bath and deck access. A second bedroom has a queen sized bed with deck access and has a connecting full bath leading to a garden side bedroom that has two twin beds. The third floor is the common area consisting of a fully equipped totally remodeled kitchen, dining area and the GREAT ROOM with new gas fire place, game area, and a large sitting area with a new 52 inch HD TV.

Off the living room is a large deck with expansive ocean views stretching from the cliffs of Monterey to the high surf of Santa Cruz. There is an additional deck directly off the kitchen that has a large gas grill for cooking. The fourth floor consists of a loft offering an additional bed with a queen sized bed, library and bathroom.

Otter?s View will provide towels and linens if requested. However, SMOKING AND PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Amenities: Two HD TV?s, DVD?s and CD players, Comcast TV cable, wireless DSL internet connection, sauna, dishwasher, gas grill, fireplace, washer/dryer, new refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, lots of indoor games, library, Fire Extinguishers, boogey boards, Futon, Free local calls, Beach access directly across the house 60 paces from door to beach steps, gated community, central heating, Iron, iron board, 2 car garage with driveway, smoke detectors in every room, two large decks with deck seating.
