The property is surrounded by 8.000 sq.m. of grounds. The Villa Il Rustico has a private wide panoramic garden, with a dining table, and even an orchard at guests disposal.
Other dining tables are under the patio and allow the guests to have their meals outside even during the hottest hours of the day.

The Il Rustico vacation home is an old tuscan restored House with one large livingroom, one kitchen, one large bathroom and two patios on the groundfloor, two double rooms on the first floor, with great view on the tyrrenian coast and on the Apuan Alps.
There is also a large private garden. The swimming pool is shared.
Its setting is ideal for excursions down to the beaches on the coast, as well as to the many interesting locations nearby.

The hill is at 6 km. from the sea of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi, and you can reach the historical towns of Lucca in half an hour.
You can also visit nearby the famous Michelangelo's marble quarries, or the old towns of Pietrasanta and Camaiore, Cinque Terre and Golfo dei Poeti.
Firenze is at 90 km., Siena 140, Sangemignano 80.
In May and August, at Torre del Lago Puccini (8 Km.), the international Pucciniano Festival is held, for the innumerable worldwide Puccini’s fans.
